• Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop the Brand Controller team (Revenue, COGS, Billing, AR).
- Take full ownership of P&L by brand, AR ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Operational Excellence
- Oversee revenue and COGS recognition, billing, accounts receivable, and working capital management.
- Drive improvements in billing processes-timeliness, efficiency, and accuracy-through collaboration with
cross-functional teams.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Review and manage monthly brand and service-level performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with VAS, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
- Maintain accurate, timely financial reporting in alignment with group reporting standards.
• Governance & Internal Controls
- Develop, implement, and strengthen internal controls, Standard Process Operations (SPO), and
accounting policies.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and internal control teams during audits and reviews.
• Business Transformation
- Support ERP/system integration projects, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to finance transformation projects to enhance scalability and efficiency.
• Other
Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the Chief Accountant and Finance leadership.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
• Prior Big 4 audit or professional tax firm experience is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of Vietnamese tax regulations, VAS, and IFRS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and meet deadlines.
