Architect/Urban Planner Team Leader

- Main operational activities:
• Producing urban and architectural plans, diagrams, drawings, studies requested by the hierarchy;
• Contributing to concepts and ideas for the projects you will be assigned;
• Executing graphic production with high quality standards: legibility, sense of graphic presentation, rigor;
• Producing presentation files, brochures and/or models;
• Respecting deadlines and ensuring the quality of the work;
• Supporting the team by being proactive and responsible;
• Applying the company's working methods;
• Anticipating deadlines, alerting and soliciting decision-making from the Project Manager;
• Knowledge and engagement about ecotechnology and sustainable development;
• Knowledge of Vietnamese urban planning regulations and practices;
• Able to present projects.
