📍 Location: Sunrise City, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

🕐 Working Hours: Monday - Friday
8:00 AM - 12:00 PM | 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the design team from concept design to detailed technical documentation
Prepare, develop, revise, and coordinate architectural & technical drawings
Support 2D/3D presentations, visualizations, renderings, and models
Participate in design research and architectural concept development
Coordinate with lead architects on project information and design requirements
Maintain and update project documentation
Assist with client presentations and stakeholder discussions
Participate in site visits, measurements, and design reviews when required
Collaborate with the team to ensure project quality and progress
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related discipline
Strong foundation in architectural design, spatial planning, and building systems
Ability to produce accurate and coordinated technical drawings
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Good English communication skills
Strong presentation and design communication skills
Proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks
Interest in sustainable architecture and community-oriented design is an advantage
