Key Responsibilities:
Business Management (40%):
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve regional growth targets.
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Manage P&L, ensuring profitability and cost-efficiency.
Operation Management (25%):
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Optimize warehouse and delivery operations for maximum productivity.
Implement innovative solutions to address logistical challenges.
Personnel Management (20%):
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Cost, Fixed Assets, Raw Materials, and COD Management (15%):
Monitor and control costs, identifying areas for optimization.
Manage fixed assets and inventory levels.
Implement effective strategies for cash-on-delivery (COD) management.

Over 1 year of experience managing a team of 30 or more employees
Over 1 year of experience in managing BD, Sales, and Operations at the level of Supervisor, Manager, or higher in companies in the Ecommerce, Express, Logistics, Retail, and related industries
Over 1 year of sales experience
Skills:
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term plans.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and decision-making.
Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with e-logistics systems and technology.
