Lead and manage the creative visual direction for all brand communication and marketing materials.
Develop and maintain brand visual identity across all platforms: digital, social media, website, print, and advertising.
Supervise and mentor
designers, motion designers, and creative team members.
Create and approve creative concepts for campaigns, branding, ads, social media, and commercial projects.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to ensure visual consistency and business goals alignment.
Oversee the full creative process from concept development to final execution.
Review and approve all visual outputs to ensure high quality and brand compliance.
Manage creative timelines, workloads, and resource allocation.
Work with external vendors such as production houses, photographers, videographers, and printing partners when needed.
Follow and apply the latest design, branding, and creative trends.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Creative Design, with at least 2 years in a leadership/Art Director role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital, social media, and campaign work.
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, layout, color theory, and branding systems.
Experience leading and developing creative teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Strong time-management and project-management abilities.
Creative mindset with strategic thinking.
Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Chinese and/or Japanese is a plus.
