ART DIRECTOR: Full-time | Ho Chi Minh City | Hybrid
About the RoleWe're looking for a hands-on Art Director to turn creative briefs into strong visual concepts and polished digital executions.
You'll work with senior creative leads and international teams, taking ideas from concept to final execution while staying close to the craft.
I. Key Responsibilities
Turn creative briefs into strong visual concepts, creative directions, and polished executions across digital and campaign touchpoints.
Develop mood boards, key visuals, layouts, and scalable design systems for social, digital advertising, landing pages, and other formats.
Own creative work from concept to final execution, ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
Provide art direction and creative feedback to
designers, motion designers, and production partners when needed.
Adapt brand guidelines into fresh, relevant executions while considering the audience, product, and campaign objectives.
Collaborate closely with creative leads and international teams to develop, refine, and deliver high-quality creative work.
II. Requirements
3-5 years of experience in Art Direction, Digital Design, Graphic Design, or a related creative role; agency or production-house experience is preferred.
Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual taste, graphic design craft, and creative thinking.
Strong understanding of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and storytelling.
Able to develop ideas beyond the obvious solution and turn concepts into polished visual executions.
Comfortable owning projects end-to-end, from brief to final execution.
Strong hands-on skills in Figma and Adobe Photoshop; Illustrator is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, creative judgment, and ability to understand the product, audience, and objective behind the work.
Good English communication skills and comfortable collaborating with international teams in a fast-paced environment.
