Content executives to dream up bold concepts for marketing campaigns.
• Ensure every asset aligns with VUS's brand voice and delivers on strategy.

• Be the mentor, coach, and motivator your team needs to thrive.
• Balance workloads, meet deadlines, and ensure everyone brings their A-game.
• Host team check-ins, celebrate wins, and tackle challenges head-on.
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the team, ensuring feedback is clear, actionable, and delivered with empathy.
• Translate feedback into constructive and motivating instructions that fuel creativity and enthusiasm.

• Stay hands-on, ready to jump in and handle a design or video project when deadlines loom or inspiration strikes.
Own the Creative Process
Oversee the creation of diverse creative assets, ensuring each piece meets the highest standards and aligns with VUS's brand identity, including but not limited to:
• Key Visuals (KVs): Campaign visuals, event-specific adaptations, and cross-platform designs.
• Printable Assets: Posters, brochures, flyers , branded merchandise, FOH, OOH and point-of-sale displays.
• Digital Assets: Social media graphics, website banners, email campaign visuals, video content (including motion graphics), online ads, and interactive materials.
• Other Materials: Presentation templates, slide decks, and digital mockups.
Champion a Performance Mindset
• Ensure all creative assets are performance-oriented, aligning with the KPIs and user goals of different departments.
• Collaborate with marketing and data teams to analyze the effectiveness of assets, identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Prioritize designs and campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and measurable outcomes.
• Be proactive in suggesting creative solutions that directly contribute to hitting business targets.
Streamline & Deliver
• Coordinate with marketing, content, and media production teams to keep projects on track.
• Manage timelines, ensure quality, and push creative boundaries.
• Optimize workflows, tools, and processes to make your team's work smoother and more impactful.
• Design Expertise: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Video Expertise: Skilled in videography and knows how to guide editors as well as giving directions to to create high quality performance videos.
• Leadership: Proven ability to mentor, inspire, and manage a team, while balancing workloads and meeting deadlines.
• Project Management: Excellent organizational skills to oversee multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Performance-Oriented Mindset: Ability to create designs and videos aligned with KPIs and optimized for engagement and conversions.
• Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to deliver feedback constructively and motivate the team.
• Adaptability: Flexible and proactive in handling hands-on tasks and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative visionary with a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in design and video production, with 1.5 years leading a team.
• An impressive portfolio showcasing your design and video expertise across print and digital mediums.
• Pro-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, ETC.).
• A knack for storytelling, from a single static design to a dynamic video.
• Strong leadership and communication skills - you're as good at guiding people as you are at guiding projects.
• A data-driven mindset with an ability to translate performance insights into creative solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
