Mô tả công việc
Brief description of position:
- As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, driving brand growth, and enhancing brand awareness for Machida and Kohaku Udon and Ramen brand. This role requires a deep understanding of the F&B market (especially fast casual segment), consumer behavior, and the ability to create compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive brand growth and increase market share within the segment.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand positioning and differentiation.
- Define and communicate brand guidelines, ensuring consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operation, R&D, and sales to align brand strategies with business objectives.
- Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance, using relevant metrics and KPIs, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage brand budgets effectively, allocating resources appropriately to maximize brand impact and ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external agencies, suppliers, and partners.
- Ensure compliance with branding guidelines, legal requirements, and industry regulations in all brand-related activities.
Report directly to the Marketing Manager.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Over 2 years of experience in retail, restaurant, food & beverage industry.
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager within the F&B industry, with a track record of successfully managing and growing brands.
- In-depth knowledge of the F&B market, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to develop engaging marketing
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes, high productivity, motivation, and a positive attitude.
- Passion for the F&B industry and a strong understanding of consumer preferences and evolving market dynamics.
