1. Social Media & Content
- Plan and manage content strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Oversee publishing, community management, and engagement
- Ensure content aligns with brand positioning and campaign objectives
2. PR, KOL & Media
- Manage PR activities, media relations, and press coverage
- Execute KOL/KOC seeding and content alignment
- Monitor and evaluate KOL and earned media performance
3. Event & Retail Activation
- Plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and in-store activations
- Coordinate with retail and mall partners for promotions
- Ensure strong brand experience and operational excellence
4. CRM & Customer Lifecycle
- Execute CRM campaigns (Zalo, email, loyalty programs)
- Manage customer segmentation (new vs retained, tiers)
- Drive retention, repeat purchase, and customer engagement
5. Website & Digital Optimization
- Manage and optimize website content, UX/UI, and campaign landing pages
- Ensure website supports conversion and brand storytelling
- Coordinate with performance team to improve traffic and conversion
Yêu cầu
Minimum 5+ years in marketing, preferably in retail / fashion / lifestyle / beauty
Strong experience in social media, PR, event, and CRM execution
Experience working in omni-channel environment (retail + e-commerce) is a plus.
Strong execution with attention to detail
Good understanding of consumer behavior and brand storytelling
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
Data-aware mindset (understand performance metrics and impact)
