Support the Brand Manager in developing and executing brand strategies
Coordinate campaigns, monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Draft and review content (social, digital, packaging, POSM), ensure brand message is consistent.
Cross-functional collaboration (
designers, content, booking, vendors, performances)
2/ Market & Consumer Research:
Support brand manager with market analysis, competitor tracking.
Gather consumer insights via surveys, social listening, and reports.
Customer insights and beauty market trends
3/ Performance Tracking:
Track KPIs/OKR: sales uplift, brand awareness, engagement.
Consolidate reports and share learnings with BM.
4/ Collaborate closely with E-commerce and Livestream teams to:
Optimize campaign performance and sales conversion
Align brand messaging with sales activities on platforms (e.g. TikTok Shop, Shopee)
