Oversee daily Stewarding operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with Rixos standards
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in kitchen and back-of-house areas (HACCP & ISO compliance)
Control operating costs, including breakage, inventory, and chemical usage
Conduct regular inventory checks and manage par stock levels
Coordinate with Kitchen, F&B, and Housekeeping for smooth operations
Supervise cleaning schedules, equipment handling, and maintenance processes
Prepare and submit operational reports (inventory, breakage, training, etc.)
Lead, train, and supervise the stewarding team, ensuring performance and grooming standards
Plan staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower during peak periods
Handle internal and guest-related concerns professionally
Yêu cầu
Proven experience in Stewarding or similar role in hospitality
Good knowledge of HACCP, hygiene, and safety standards
Strong understanding of cost control and inventory management
Good leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Professional attitude with strong teamwork and service mindset
