JOB SUMMARY
In line with our expansion in Vietnam, TTI set up the Communications team in Ho Chi Minh which is responsible for developing the Corporate Communications framework for Vietnam Market, raising TTI's reputation, and enhancing our communications with internal and external stakeholders. Therefore, we are seeking a passionate, motivated Corporate Communicator to join us and work closely with our Communications Manager to drive new initiatives to build a robust communication platform in Vietnam. The successful candidate will have a chance to be part of the above plan to develop a modern, responsive, and engaging presence through various communication channels that reflect TTI's culture and market preeminence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
1. External relations:
• Develop & sustain the network and relationships with external stakeholders: media, government, local authority, chambers of commerce and sustainability partners.
• Organize and implement external engagement initiatives including but not limited to facility visits for external stakeholders, meet-and-greets...
2. Corporate messaging and PR:
• Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders for corporate message creation and content publication roadmap across all channels and platforms
• Explore, develop, and implement initiatives to leverage TTI's coverage and presence.
• Draft, translate/localize, update, and archive corporate collaterals, such as press releases, corporate presentations, reports, videos, fact sheets, and media interviews.
• Manage corporate events, sponsorships, and awards
3. Media intelligence and issue management:
• Press office management (with PR agency)
• Keep track of the latest PR landscape and initiatives
• Media training workshops for internal targeted groups
• Conduct news monitoring report
• Coordinate with relevant internal & external stakeholders for issue management
4. Internal communications:
• Develop & sustain the network and relationships with internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and implement internal communications plan
• Provide advisory service to internal stakeholders to strengthen corporate brand reputation via brand collaterals and events
• Initiate and organize employee engagement and advocacy activities
5. Corporate social responsibility
• Plan and implement social responsibility/community support programs
• Organize employee volunteer programs in alignment with internal and external partners
• Keep track of latest CSR/ESG trends and initiatives
• Manage partner pools, mainly focus on NGO/NPO, local authorities (relevant ministries and departments)
Yêu cầu
• Education: Bachelor degree or higher in Communications, Journalism, International Relations, Marketing or related disciplines
• Working experience: At least 4 years of experience in communications, digital platform content creation and management, and/or CSR, preferably with supervisory experience in the field
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Vietnamese
• Competent in MS Office; Knowledge of Social Media Management Tools and Adobe Creative software would be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills
• Proven experience in cross-functional projects, employee engagement, budget management
• Able to work independently, multi-task and learn new skills quickly
• A team player & work well in a multinational environment
• Passionate to learn about the industry and the company's products
