Assistant Contracting Director

Duties and Responsibilities
Following the assigned tasks with team, oversee and report the task results.
Develop and maintain systems, procedures and policies that optimise performance.
Assist to prepare product & deposit plans and follow up team actions to achieve highest performance.
Monitor market trends and analyse performance data to identify opportunities.
Analyse competitor product to ensure the best market conditions for the company.
Develop and maintain relationships with hotel suppliers to ensure competitive advantages.
Identify and evaluate opportunities for existing and new hotel openings.
Coordinate with Market sales offices and hotels for marketing plan and execution.
Training new staffs.
Prepare and carry out program for VIP / Manager trips.
Being responsible for contracts & all relevant tasks with assigned hotels.
Making reports as per Contracting Director's / other departments' requests.
Carry out any incident task requests from managers.
