Mô tả công việc
* Brand & Team management:
- Manage a group brand of smart devices/ accessories
- Manage a team of 2-3 people
* Sales and Operations
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth for group brand
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and customer lifetime value.()
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Assist in the management of online storefronts on various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
- Optimize product listings, including product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Manage online promotions, campaigns, and advertising efforts.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of online campaigns.
- Assist in the processing of orders, managing inventory, and resolving customer inquiries.
* Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance, including key metrics and insights.
- Utilize data analysis tools to gain deeper insights into customer behavior and market trends.
Yêu cầu
* Qualifications:
- Preferred experience with smart devices, including wearables and audio.
- At least 4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) is a plus.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
