Assistant Finance Manager

- Oversee and take full responsibility for all activities related to the company's internal financial and accounting operations.
- Manage the accounting system, financial records, invoices, and supporting documents in compliance with legal regulations. Ensure all documents are organized, complete, and easily accessible when needed.
- Review payment requests and develop detailed work plans for the accounting department; organize and supervise execution.
- Assign and coordinate tasks for accounting staff to ensure optimal workload distribution.
- Train, guide, supervise, monitor, and evaluate the performance of accounting team members.
- Control internal processes related to accounting, manage cost norms and expenditures. Provide financial advice to the Board of Directors and other departments on accounting matters.
- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly internal reports of the accounting department.
- Prepare and review financial statements and internal reports on a monthly and annual basis.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual tax declarations in accordance with regulations.
- Liaise and work with auditing firms, tax authorities, and other external agencies as required.
- Stay up to date on changes in tax regulations, decrees, and circulars to ensure full legal compliance.
- Perform other tasks assigned by upper management.
