JOB SUMMARY
This position focuses on
purchasing finance, emphasizing cost analysis (e.g., materials/BOM), supplier data analytics and sourcing KPIs. The role supports the Senior Supervisor in Vietnam and the Manager in Hong Kong in collaborating with cross-functional partners to prepare and consolidate information for specific projects and regular analyses related to the Asia and Mexico businesses, including Vietnam.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
- Support the Senior Supervisor in Vietnam and the Manager in Hong Kong by collaborating with cross-functional partners to prepare and consolidate information for specific projects and regular analyses related to the Asia and Mexico businesses, including Vietnam.
- Collaborate with the IT team on process improvement and automation projects.
- Prepare and develop monthly reports and detail analyses, such as material cost variance impact, project updates, monthly changes and trends, key findings and explanations.
- Assist in the annual budget review and preparation process.
- Support the creation of presentation slides for the Sourcing department's KPI and CEO review during Annual Budget and Quarter Review as needed.
- Work closely with local and oversea Sourcing Teams (Purchasing) and other Finance teams to conduct various analyses, including cost and suppliers data analysis, by collecting and consolidating information from multiple teams, departments and systems.
- Build, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards.
- Perform other duties or projects within the Purchasing Finance team as assigned or needed
