Our client is a foreign-invested company export of garments currently looking for an Assistant GM & Admin Staff (700 USD,ID18341).
Work Permit & Temporary Residence Card (TRC) for Expats.
Property & Stationery Management: Consolidate monthly property and stationery requests from all departments.
Obtain director's approval and prepare payment documents for the accounting team.
Conduct monthly and annual inventory checks of company assets.
Reception, Meetings & Events: Schedule meetings and send out notifications to participants.
Arrange meeting room facilities, including drinking water, screens, speakers, and other equipment.
Security & Housekeeping: Ensure compliance with entry/exit procedures at the company gate, including visitor registration and employee/visitor ID issuance.
Maintain cleanliness across all work areas including the office, production floor, and canteen by scheduling and supervising housekeeping services.
Yêu cầu
Female under 40 with well-organized, meticulous, and professional skill.
Experienced in processing work permits and legal paperwork for foreign employees.
3 years of experience in administrative work, 4-5 years of experience working with government authorities.
Fluent in English.
