* Position Summary:
- The Assistant Maintenance & Facility Manager supports the Maintenance & Facility Manager in overseeing all maintenance, facility operations, and environmental services (EVS) within the casino. This role assists in ensuring that the casino's physical infrastructure, cleanliness, and aesthetic appeal are maintained to the highest standards. The position involves managing both maintenance and EVS teams, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Daily Operations Management: Support the Maintenance & Facility Manager in overseeing the maintenance, facilities, and EVS teams to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Supervise Maintenance and EVS Teams: Oversee and coordinate the activities of the maintenance and EVS teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Handle Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative duties related to the maintenance and EVS departments, including scheduling, record-keeping, and procurement.
- Develop Maintenance Schedules: Assist in creating and implementing preventative maintenance schedules for all casino systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- Monitor Cleanliness and Hygiene Standards: Ensure the EVS team maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the casino premises.
- Support Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets for maintenance, facilities, and environmental services, including procurement of materials and contracting services.
- Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Help ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the maintenance and EVS departments.
- Coordinate with Contractors: Assist in managing relationships with third-party service providers and oversee facility-related projects.
- Conduct Inspections and Audits: Participate in regular inspections and audits of the facilities and environmental services to identify areas needing improvement.
- Support Emergency Procedures Implementation: Help develop and maintain emergency response protocols for facility management.
- Train and Develop Teams: Assist in training and developing the maintenance, facilities, and EVS teams, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Report to Senior Management: Provide updates and reports on the status of facility operations to senior management as needed.
Yêu cầu
* Requirement:
- Associate's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in facility management, maintenance operations, or environmental services.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Experience in supervising teams and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
