Assistant Manager, Agency Training

1. Conduct training and sales activities :
• Conduct training for both FCs and SLs and SM+
• Conduct sales support activities like sales seminars and career opportunity events
2. Develop High-performing core sales force:
• Provide efficient coaching, training, and sales activities to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
• Drive the team on quality recruitment, quality sales to achieve the sales revenues, productivity, especially maintaining the retention rate.
• Motivate sales force through both extrinsic & intrinsic factors.
• Develop core FCs and SLs through specific training, coaching, supporting programs & long-term development.
3. Plan and develop training program:
• Develop a comprehensive training plan aligned with the company's goals and objectives to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to organize sales workshops, events, ensure alignment in achieving sales objectives.
• Build, design and conduct training modules for sales force
4. Others:
• In charge of building eLearning lessons .
• Support other tasks of Agency Training Team .
• Other tasks required by line manager to support Agency Training Team as well as Agency Group.
