Assists the Manager to ensure that the outlet operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.
Prior experience with Hyatt is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in hospitality industry or a related discipline.
3-5 years of experience in hotel Beverage/
Bartender/Barista, including at least 1 years in a management role, or equivalent experience in a 5-star hotel environment.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, motivational, and training capabilities.
Fluent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Adaptable and responsive to change in a dynamic environment.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and demonstrates strong initiative.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
