■Job Description :
You will be primarily responsible for financial management while overseeing general project management, including sales and marketing control, for residential real estate development projects (for-sale condominiums) targeting end-user demand in Vietnam. Joining the local entity of a major Japanese railway and real estate
developer, you will be involved in a broad spectrum of project-related activities, centering on financial analysis and marketing oversight.
Primary focus on financial operations: managing income/expense plans, financial analysis, cash flow, and budget control for assigned real estate development projects.
Managing and overseeing sales and marketing operations to support project performance and revenue targets.
Handling overall project management tasks, including coordinating with Joint Venture (JV) partners, internal stakeholders, and local licensing procedures.
Conducting market research and data analysis to drive sales strategies and future project planning.
Solid Foundation of a Major Japanese Corporate Group: Leverage the urban planning and residential development expertise built in Japan with an expanding developer in the growing Vietnamese market.
Broad Project Management Scope: Gain comprehensive experience in real estate development by taking on overall project management-spanning core finance management to sales and marketing control.
Core Skill Acquisition in End-User Real Estate: Gain specialized expertise directly tailored to end-user residential demand rather than purely investment properties.
■Requirement :
Bachelor's degree
English: Intermediate levels
1.5-2 years or more of experience in finance management for Real Estate Developments (Must be condominiums, preferred user demand, not for investment)
xNG: Sales or Rent for real estate, Management for construction

■Working Hour : 8:00 - 17:30 (Monday to Friday)
■Salary : 28,000,000 - 35,000,000 VND
