Supervise daily security operations, including patrols, CCTV monitoring, access control, key management, traffic control, and incident response to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, colleagues, and hotel assets.
Investigate security incidents, accidents, thefts, suspicious activities, guest complaints, and emergencies, ensuring proper documentation, reporting, and follow-up actions.
Support the implementation and enforcement of fire life safety, emergency response, evacuation, and security procedures, maintaining readiness at all times.
Maintain security records, incident reports, logbooks, lost & found documentation, and departmental operational procedures in compliance with hotel standards.
Coordinate with hotel departments, VIP arrivals, special events, contractors, and local authorities to ensure effective security coverage and risk management.
Assist in training, coaching, scheduling, and developing Security Officers while ensuring compliance with hotel policies, grooming standards, and safety regulations.
Promote excellent guest service, professional conduct, and a collaborative working environment while supporting Hyatt's values, culture, and operational objectives.
Yêu cầu
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Safety & Security Manager, Security Supervisor, or a similar position in a 5-star hotel environment.
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
Good command of spoken and written English, with strong communication, presentation, and influencing abilities.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills in a fast-paced operational environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of hotel security operations, fire life safety, emergency response procedures, and risk management practices is an advantage.
