Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Nhà hàng - Khách sạn hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
College/University degree in Hospitality Management or related fields.
Tối thiểu 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Supervisor/ Assistant Outlet Manager tại khách sạn hoặc resort 4-5 sao.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Supervisor/Assistant Outlet Manager in 4-5 star hotels or resorts.
Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, đào tạo và quản lý đội nhóm tốt.
Strong leadership, training, and team management skills.
Giao tiếp tiếng Anh thành thạo; ưu tiên ứng viên biết thêm ngoại ngữ khác.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Hiểu biết về tiêu chuẩn F&B quốc tế, SOP, HACCP và an toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm.
Knowledge of international F&B standards, SOP, HACCP, and food safety.
Khả năng giải quyết vấn đề, chịu áp lực công việc cao.
