1. Production Operations Management
Directly manage and supervise assigned production teams to ensure daily production activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Organize and allocate manpower, equipment and production resources to meet daily, weekly and monthly production plans.
Monitor production progress, productivity and quality performance, ensuring production targets are achieved.
Coordinate with relevant departments to promptly resolve production issues and minimize operational disruptions.
2. Team Management & Leadership
Directly manage, guide and monitor the performance of team leaders and production workers.
Assign tasks, monitor work progress and ensure employees comply with company policies, work instructions and production procedures.
Maintain workplace discipline and ensure consistent enforcement of company regulations.
Address employee-related issues, workplace conflicts and operational concerns in a timely, fair and professional manner.
Identify team performance gaps and propose appropriate training and improvement plans.
3. Production Performance & Reporting
Monitor production data, manpower efficiency, productivity and quality indicators.
Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance, manpower status and operational issues to the Production Supervisor / Production Manager.
Analyze production problems, identify root causes and propose corrective and preventive actions.
Follow up on improvement activities to ensure their effective implementation.
4. Training & Continuous Improvement
Coordinate and conduct on-the-job training for team leaders and production workers.
Develop team leaders' capabilities in production coordination, problem-solving and people management.
Promote teamwork, operational discipline, 5S and continuous improvement within the production team.
5. Safety & Compliance
Ensure employees follow occupational health and safety regulations, production procedures and 5S standards.
Monitor workplace conditions and promptly address or escalate safety and compliance issues.
Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
Yêu cầu
College degree or above, preferably in Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in production supervision, team leadership or an equivalent position in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in directly managing production workers and team leaders, preferably in a medium-to-large-scale factory.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to organize, direct and motivate a diverse workforce.
Assertive, decisive and disciplined management style, with the ability to handle employee conflicts, workplace issues and unexpected situations effectively.
Good analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with different departments and management levels.
Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Good Chinese communication skills; English communication skills are an advantage.
High sense of responsibility, integrity, adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is an advantage.
