• This is a part-time position, Monday - Friday (25 hours work week)
• Support daily operations, leasing, renewals, and maintenance service requests from Tenants
• Collect, post rent and manage delinquencies/collections
• Review aged delinquency report and contact tenants for any outstanding payments due
• Late notice and fee processing
• Coordinate maintenance services between Contractor and Tenant
• Maintain accurate resident records in Tenant Cloud
• Assist with monthly Excel financial reports for owners
• Generate repaired invoices for owners
• Create or assist with other projects as needed
Yêu cầu
• Must have computer laptop and 2 monitor screens.
• Read and write fluently in English. All coaching will be noted in English
• Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Microsoft Offices products (Excel, Words, Outlook, PowerPoint ...)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Property management experience or related industry preferred
