Mô tả công việc

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supplier Management & Strategy Execution

3rd party supplier management in SEA, Taiwan, and India: cost optimization strategies, price and terms negotiations, and contract management.
Global sub-category ownership for duct tapes, non-woven tapes, and filmic tapes.
Supplier scouting and development in Asia to identify cost-effective sourcing solutions.
Direct material coordination for the tesa plant in Haiphong
Local supplier management, including packaging and solvent suppliers.
Manage and maintain relationships with existing suppliers to ensure performance, compliance, and alignment with company goals.
Implement and monitor cost-down initiatives across the supplier base.
Negotiate and optimize payment terms in line with company financial strategies.
Ensure timely contract renewals and support the execution of contract signing strategies.

2. Supplier Research & Development

Identify and evaluate potential new suppliers to support business growth and risk mitigation.
Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive sourcing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess supplier capabilities and fit with strategic goals.

3. Reporting & Analysis

Track and report on supplier performance, cost savings, and sourcing pipeline.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress against category strategy.

Yêu cầu

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Proficiency in supplier evaluation and contract management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
