I. Job Purpose:
Research & Development for Hair care products.
II. Main Duties and Functions:
- Contact point in Vietnam for matters related to Hair & Scalp, Hair care product's performance information.
- Mainly focus on developing Standard Performance Test for Haircare products (Coordinate with Experts/ Researchers in Skin Care Center)
- Catch the latest Technology, market trend, new ideas about Hair care products and work closely with Formulation team to develop product ahead the market, highly competitive to competitors.
- Generate and support for product claim/communication.
- Coordinate with Experts/Researchers/Academic Institutes to create New Innovation/Patent in Hair care.
- Develop Standard Performance Test which can be applied for the whole group.
- Understand consumer need and translation into technical properties and performance characteristic.
- Develop and maintain technical in Hair Care center team.
- Anticipate, assess and minimize of PR issue and competitive challenge. Competitor monitoring
- Responsible for laboratory safety management

Yêu cầu công việc
- Min 5 years' experience about Hair care formulation/product in FMCG industry
- Master in using Lab Equipment, Machinery Testing Method
- Keen on learning, developing New Testing Method & Product Evaluation Application
- Experience in setting and examining liked-Clinical test, Panel test.
- Experience in microbiology is an advantage.
- Work fluently & comfortably with regional partners and other OPCOs.
- Able to manage people and drive team in achieving target on time.
- Able to generate new initiatives and innovations.
- Master in using Lab Equipment, Machinery Testing Method
- Keen on learning, developing New Testing Method & Product Evaluation Application
- Experience in setting and examining liked-Clinical test, Panel test.
- Experience in microbiology is an advantage.
