Sales & Negotiation: Promote and sell PE/PP products (Film Application) to achieve volume and premium targets; negotiate contracts and handle customer inquiries/complaints.
Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing B2B clients through regular follow-ups.
Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitor insights, and customer databases to identify new business opportunities and prepare sales reports.
Technical Support: Provide basic technical advisory on product grades and collaborate with Technical Services to resolve customer issues.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Order Management, Supply Chain, and internal teams to optimize sales strategies and achieve goals.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies regarding safety, environment, energy, and productivity improvement.
Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemical Engineering, Polymer, Materials Science, or related fields.
Experience: 1-5 years of B2B sales / Account Executive experience (preferably in plastics, petrochemical, or chemical industries).
Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship management, and market analysis skills.
Language: Good command of English.
