Mô tả công việc
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in achieving revenue targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, and driving the overall success of the sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
-Create and implement the sales strategy plan and report to the superior officer.
-Drive the sales team to achieve the target and the overall corporate sales objective.
-Develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales team to develop their skills.
-Coordinating with others to proceed smoothly and maximize the company's profits.
-Find new potential customers and maintain relationships with important customers.
-Analyze sales data, customers, market, and competitors to report to the superior officer.
-Assistant General Manager by completing all assigned duties.
-Other jobs are assigned by the superior.

Yêu cầu
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-5-7 years experience as a Sales Supervisor, Sales Team Leader or in a similar sales leadership role.
-Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Ability to analyze sales data and trends to inform decision-making.
-Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as the work tools available on Google
-Proficiency in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
-5-7 years experience as a Sales Supervisor, Sales Team Leader or in a similar sales leadership role.
-Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
