Assistant To Chairman

1. Stakeholder Communication:
- Identify and approach potential partners and investment funds domestically and internationally, capable of collaborating on and investing in solar energy projects.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with partners and investors through meetings, conferences, and industry events.
2. Assessment and Evaluation of Partners:
- Evaluate the financial performance and reputation of partners and investment funds to ensure they meet the company's requirements and standards.
- Conduct due diligence on potential partners to assess risks and opportunities.
- Assist the Chairman in negotiating terms and conditions of contracts with partners and investment funds.
- Monitor the progress and ensure the timely and effective implementation of partnership agreements
3. New Business Areas Support:
- Assist the Chairman in handling tasks related to the exploration and development of new business areas within the company.
4. Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to the Chairman, including managing schedules; preparing documents, reports; attending meetings and preparing meeting minutes when necessary and handling correspondence.
- Participate in other tasks related to company's external affairs.
- Act as a focal point for resolving problems under the Chairman's guidance.
- Undertake other tasks required by Chairman.
