1.1. Strategy & Vision Management
Support in executing an innovation roadmap, ensuring alignment with OKRs of Smartlabs and overarching SmartOSC's growth objectives.
Conduct research on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify potential innovation opportunities.
Support the development of R&D investment strategies and new initiative roadmaps.
1.2. Innovation Program Operations Support
Assist in building and managing the project selection process
Assist in overseeing and proposing plans to help leveraging progress of Smartlabs projects, ensuring sustainable development of the projects portfolio
Assist in collaborating with internal departments to provide resources and support for projects (HR, Legal, Sales Ops, Accounting and Finance, Marketing, etc.)
1.3. Partnerships and Ecosystem Development
Supporting building and executing partnership plans to create value for projects within SmartLabs.
Support building relationships with key clients, startups, research institutes, and leading tech corporations to leverage new technologies and strategic partnerships
1.4. Talent Management and Innovation Culture Development
Contribute to designing innovation policies, performance evaluation frameworks (KPIs/OKRs), and incentive mechanisms to foster entrepreneurship culture
Foster a culture of innovation within SmartOSC, encouraging employees to propose and develop internal startup projects.
Collaborate with internal functional departments to plan and execute innovation-related activities (L&D, Innovation Day,etc.)
Yêu cầu
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Innovation & Entrepreneurship Management, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar high-level support role.
Familiarity with the innovation ecosystem and incubation models.
Familiarity with project management, planning, and organizational skills, with at least one year of proven experience in project coordination, product development, market research, innovation labs, or Technology-related projects.
Proficiency in business English for working in international environment and collaborating with global partners, with IELTS ≥ 6.5 or equivalent
Skills & Knowledge
Agile & Startup Mindset: Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, driving innovation, thereby balancing startup agility with enterprise structure.
Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving and partnership-building abilities.
Strategic thinking, creativity, and the ability to proactively spot market trends.
Ability to work with various stakeholders (founders, investors, company leadership, etc).
Understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, SaaS) and experience in IT Outsourcing is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) is preferred.
