Mô tả công việc
Job Purpose:
Provides administrative support to executive officers, the CEO, COO or President. Requires in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures. Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature. Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals. Prepares presentation materials for board of director meetings. Makes high-level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Requires a professional certification or equivalent experience in working with senior level executives within and outside the company, as well as experience with customers, vendors, visitors, and other dignitaries.
Key Accountabilities:
Act as a liaison and provide support to the BOM. Arrange and handle all logistics for Board meetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; and record meeting minutes.
Provide sophisticated calendar management for the BOM. Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
Work closely with the BOM to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
Coordinate all BOM meetings and retreats and assist with staff meetings and events as needed.
Complete a broad variety of supportive tasks that facilitate the BOM's ability to effectively lead the organization, including assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements.
Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.

Internal Stakeholders: All departments in company.
External Stakeholders: Stackholder/Vendor

- Qualifications:
Bachelor of Business, Economic or Finance
2+ years of experience in assistant or equivalent positions.
Overall understanding in Technology Industry (Especially Software and AI)
- Experience:
Strong relationship management skills, be a team player and posses ability to work across organizations with business personnel at all levels.
Ability to plan and consolidate information.
Experience in working under international or professional organization is an advantage.
Strong verbal and communication skills in English
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent customer enagement skills
Project management skills
