Associate Accounting Manager

1. Accounting Management & Operations
● Organize and oversee all accounting activities in compliance with legal regulations and
internal policies.
● Set up, review, and standardize accounting systems and procedures tailored to the
media industry (production, MCN, KOL booking, agency service).
● Monitor and control both general and detailed accounting data to ensure accuracy and
timeliness.
2. Financial & Tax Reporting
● Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
● Take full responsibility for tax reports (VAT, PIT, CIT...) and work with tax authorities
when required.
● Monitor budgets, analyze cost fluctuations, and evaluate profitability across business
units/lines.
3. Cost & Cash Flow Management
● Control cash inflows/outflows; forecast weekly/monthly/quarterly cash flow.
● Build and manage spending limits, payment approval processes, and receivable/payable
tracking.
● Monitor the financial performance of media projects, KOL bookings, and content
production activities.
4. Compliance & Internal Control
● Develop internal control procedures to minimize accounting and payment risks.
● Ensure strict compliance with Vietnamese accounting standards and relevant
regulations.
● Manage financial documentation, contracts, and support auditing processes.
5. Team Leadership
● Lead and develop the accounting team (4 - 5 members).
● Provide training, assign tasks, and evaluate team performance.
6. Strategic Support
● Advise the Board of Directors on financial strategies, budgeting plans, and cost
structures.
● Provide financial analysis to support business expansion, restructuring, or investment
decisions.
