Job purpose
• Assist line manager in reporting and planning
• Assist line manager in finance control
Key responsibilities
• Assist line manager in reporting and planning:
o Work as finance business partner to support non-finance business partners to have a common voice in reporting and planning for decision-making
o Prepare management reports to review monthly/quarterly/yearly performance, perform analysis for actual performance results vs target and propose key actions to get the results close to the target
o Plan and prepare management reports focusing Budget/Estimate
• Assist line manager in finance control:
o Perform testing the operating effectiveness of relevant controls mainly focusing on controls over financial reporting framework and controls over supply chain finance.
o Making recommendations for risk mitigation and effectiveness improvement
• Key contact point in working with internal/external auditors.
• Develop 100% "back up" for all positions/rotation among teams for business sustainability
• Participate in other related projects as and when needed
Yêu cầu
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Auditing / Finance
• ACCA/CPA
Required
• At least 6-years of experience working in Finance, Auditing and Internal control
• Experience with ERP system
• Experience with FMCG environment/ audit firm is plus.
• Good business acumen
