Job Description
Drive Consumer, Product, and Commercial Insights
Build a deep understanding of users, Digital Product categories, market dynamics, product performance, and commercial drivers.
Analyze user behavior, digital flows, product adoption, conversion, transaction performance, partner performance, and financial metrics.
Work with CMI, Data/BI, Finance, Product, and relevant business teams to identify growth opportunities and risks.
Translate insights into business cases, priorities, growth recommendations, and actions to improve topline and bottom-line performance.
Own Digital Product Growth and Business Performance
Own end-to-end growth initiatives and business performance across the Digital Product portfolio, from opportunity identification and planning through execution, launch, and optimization.
Develop and execute go-to-market, promotional, CRM, communication, and commercial initiatives to grow the user base, product adoption, transactions, revenue, and profitability.
Manage trade-offs across user experience, partner value, revenue, costs, incentives, operational feasibility, and business impact.
Track performance against agreed business targets and recommend initiatives to scale, optimize, pause, or redesign.
Build Product-Feature-Led Growth and Digital User Experience
Apply a product-feature-led mindset to identify how product features, integrations, UX/UI, and digital-native flows can improve adoption, conversion, and repeat usage.
Map end-to-end user flows and identify friction points, unmet needs, operational gaps, and opportunities for product improvement.
Partner closely with Product, CMI & Marketing teams to translate business and user needs into product enhancements, requirements, experiments, and launch plans.
Support UAT, feature launches, post-launch monitoring, and continuous iteration based on user feedback and performance results.
Drive Cross-Functional and External Partner Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Operations, BI, Marketing, Finance, relevant departments, and external partners or clients to align product propositions, commercial terms, integrations, campaigns, service requirements, and performance.
Align stakeholders on business cases, economics, scope, responsibilities, timelines, tracking, compliance, and launch readiness.
Drive issue resolution and execution momentum to ensure Digital Product initiatives deliver intended business outcomes.
Requirements
Must have
At least 1 year of experience in digital product growth, product marketing, business operations, commercial strategy, or a related field.
Proven experience owning growth or business initiatives end to end, from planning to launch through performance review and optimization.
Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to connect user, product, financial, and business metrics to actionable decisions.
Product mindset with the ability to understand digital user flows and work with Product, Technology, and Design teams on product improvements, testing, UAT, and launches.
Strong cross-functional and external-partner management skills, with clear communication, strong execution, and proficiency in microsoft office tools,..
Nice to have
Experience in fintech, payments, e-commerce, digital platforms, or consulting.
Ability to connect consumer and market insights with business context to support product, marketing, or commercial decisions.
Strong data storytelling, presentation, and visualization skills, with curiosity about consumer behavior and market trends.
