• End-to-end project management: Drive the full lifecycle of data annotation delivery projects, including progress tracking and risk assessment, ensuring timely, high-quality, and on-target delivery.
• Requirement translation & solution implementation: Translate abstract client requirements into clear and actionable technical solutions; coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful execution.
• Quality and risk control: Oversee project timelines and data quality, proactively identify and resolve potential risks, and ensure smooth project delivery.
Qualification Process:
· 1st Round: Online interview with Project Manager
· 2nd Round: Online interview with Account Leader
Yêu cầu
• Language: Proficient in English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Proficiency in both English and Chinese is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Large Language Models, or related fields.
• Experience: Project Management skills, preferred in industries such as large models, autonomous driving, or image annotation.
• Competencies: Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills; ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced environment; resilient under pressure and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
