Responsibilities:
- Develop quality assurance plan covering business and functional requirements
- Estimating testing efforts and executing within the agreed timeline
- Perform advanced testing to support our team build digital products with an impact
- Spotting system usability and practical issues, paying attention to user experience (UX) and suggesting ideas for seamless client experience (CX)
- Assists
developers in troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis
- Conduct post implementation testing
- Coordinating with
business analysts
- Reporting to project stakeholders regarding QC status and system readiness to roll out
- Continually developing your skills and knowledge
