Mô tả công việc
PURPOSE:
• Be responsible for managing the day-to-day tax compliance and controlling activities.
• Work closely with other team members to deliver on their respective responsibilities.
• Oversee and manage the general ledger monthly.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Tax advisory
• Understands & promotes PVM's tax policy including indirect taxes, transfer pricing, corporation tax & the importance of correct intercompany accounting.
• Applies commercial insight to assess feasibility of local business transactions and strategic initiatives from a local tax point of view and/or PVM as a whole.
• Builds great relationships with Tax Authority, Group Tax and connects on a timely basis, including effectively communicating key changes to local tax law.
• Proactively searches for opportunities to save cash tax.
2. Tax Report & Audit
• Maintains broad knowledge of tax laws across multiple business areas, with extensive knowledge in several pertinent areas.
• Validate VAT, WHT, CIT, ID, EPR & Plastic tax, royalty add into ID, statistic,.. reports.
• Lead in explaining, providing documents and data to tax audits.
3. General Ledger control
• Lead to compete journal entries for posting into SAP monthly.
• Lead of all items Balance sheet review meeting with FM & FD.
• Lead VAS reporting review with Deloitte auditor.
• Key contact to ensure financial reporting compliance with Global and local standard (VAS & tax).
4. Accounting Report
• Applies knowledge of external financial reporting implications in multiple business areas including impact on general ledger, income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement and annual report disclosures. Anticipates and resolves potential issues.
• Perform account analysis, cost accruals, bank reconciliations, inventory reconciliation and analysis; research and recommend transaction corrections.
• Interprets external financial reporting implications of broad range of business transactions, issues and results.
• Manage and monitor accounting procedures for compliance with Group policy and coordinate and facilitate external audit requirements.
5. Master Data
• First approval for vendor code creation/change before send to China Master data SSC.
Yêu cầu
• Graduate Finance/ Economic University, major in Finance/ Accounting, at least 4 years experiences at the same position in foreign manufacturing companies.
• Degree in finance or accounting or professional accounting qualifications.
• Experience in FMCG industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of financial/ tax law & legislation.
• Skill: Communication (both oral and written English & Vietnamese), excellent use of Excel, familiar with SAP system or any other Finance/ Accounting System.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to effectively present tax-related matters and make technical recommendations to the Senior Manager, the management and other stakeholders.
• Proficient in tax preparation software, spreadsheet applications, and other relevant technology.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to frequently travel and work under pressure.
