* Role Purpose
- Plan and execute annual audit plans, lead fraud investigations and operational performance audits, assess internal control effectiveness, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement. Provide objective audit reports and valuable recommendations to management to achieve dual goals of asset protection and operational excellence.
* Key Responsibilities
- Audit Planning: Develop annual audit plans covering compliance, fraud, and operational performance.
- Project Execution: Lead complex audits, including fraud investigations and in-depth studies of production efficiency, equipment utilization, material yield, etc.
- Lean Analysis: Apply Lean and value stream tools to analyze production processes, identify waste and bottlenecks, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Reporting & Communication: Draft audit reports highlighting not only issues but also improvement solutions with financial impact analysis; communicate with production, engineering, and supply chain heads on action plans.
- Team Development: Guide team members to build dual expertise in financial auditing and operational analysis.
- Follow-Up: Supervise the implementation of both compliance and performance-related recommendations.
- Knowledge Sharing: Provide data-driven insights to production management and empower departments for self-improvement.

Yêu cầu
* Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Auditing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing operations audit, lean production projects, or industrial engineering preferred. Familiarity with key metrics such as OEE, yield rate, cycle time. Outstanding fresh graduates will also be considered.
* Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of internal auditing and internal controls.
- Proficient in Lean tools such as VSM, 5Why, Fishbone diagram.
- Understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and process flows.
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel proficiency, Power BI preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese or English.
