Mô tả công việc
Draft solid models and prints based on the design drawing or rough drafted products. Ensure all components of the product are itemized while ensuring cost efficiency.
Attend and assist at all rough mock-ups and first construction sessions of machines. Ensure the equipment is built according to print and make any revisions as necessary. Troubleshoot equipment design or engineering for problems and recommend solutions.
Manage the project implementation by creating timelines for both manufactured and purchased components for new automation machines and equipment.
Perform robotic simulations when required in design using simulation software.
Frequently interact with employees and operations management. Attend and actively participate in Product Development, Software, Assembly, Fab, Design, Programming and Quality meetings to provide basic information and/or detailed procedural explanations or technical responses in order to improve engineering and manufacturing processes and products.
Complete engineering special projects including product improvement initiatives, product testing and assisting with standardizing engineering and manufacturing procedures, components, tooling, etc.
Stay current with engineering concepts, participate in training on new releases of software, manufacturing techniques and quality concepts; train other individuals and departments in the same.
Enter all machine drawings, electrical schematics, BOM's into Machine manuals with the correct labeling as well as backed up in the correct locations.

Yêu cầu
1. Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical Design or related majors.
2. Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience working as Automation Design Engineer.
• Advanced design experience using 3D modeling softwares.
• Experience with 3D electrical design software.
3. Licenses or Certifications:
• Company-issued PIV license or the ability to obtain one within 30 days, required.
4. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Strong English communication (work with US frequently)
• Strong proficiency in 3D modeling applications such as SolidWorks.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Effective time management and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement processes and confidentiality maintenance.
Schedule Expectations:
Availability for US Business Travel (4-6 months).
Flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
