POSITION PURPOSE:
As an Automation Developer, you will have a chance to join our Operation Excellence team, focusing on building digitalized solutions to address challenges in Logistics & Planning including Transportation, Warehouse optimization, and Route optimization. You will be a part of an agile team working on automated tools and able to apply programming skills to address real-world issues in the fast retail industry.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Collaborating closely with Technical Leader & Business Analysts to grasp the business challenges associated with Delivery Services, and Warehouse Management, particularly in the logistics area.
Utilizing your expertise in C# and ASP.NET to develop applications for warehouse management and delivery services, integrating features such as inventory tracking, order processing, and route optimization.
Aiding in integrating these applications with existing data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and efficient operations within the logistics environment.
Exploring and implementing techniques for data management, processing, and analysis to enhance the functionality and performance of warehouse management and delivery applications.
Contributing to the documentation of these applications and their functionalities.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
Technical Skills:
Programming Proficiency:
Proficient in C#, ASP.NET (.NET Framework / .NET Core), familiar with the MVC, and SPA pattern.
Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
Strong skills in clean code practices and application performance optimization.
Experience in database design and SQL query optimization.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of Python: multi-threading, handling large data.
Ability to assess risks and ensure application security.
Additional Programming Proficiency:
Proficient in PHP, Node.js programming languages.
Familiarity with popular Front-end frameworks/libs including Bootstrap and React.
Experience with AI and Machine Learning concepts and applications is advantageous.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
0 - 2 years of experience in Software Development, preferably in back-end development
Additional Skills:
Problem-solving: Ability to identify and solve technical data analysis and modeling challenges.
Learning Agility: Eagerness to learn new concepts and technologies quickly.
Attention to Detail: Ability to work meticulously and ensure the accuracy of results.
Versatility in Work Environment: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills and adept problem-solving abilities.
Willing to research new technologies: Research new technology to meet and improve projects with specific requirements.
