1.Production automation:
Check slow moving points in production line
Make proposal for semi-automatic or automation; Research and give solutions
Support to maintenance about PLC & HMI programming software of companies: Mitsubishi, Omron...
Contact with supplier for mechanical parts manufacturing
Cooperate with maintenance team for production line and spare parts installing
2.Improvements in production:
Support to realize improvements in production
Cooperate with maintenance Dept to implement improvements to machinery, equipment.
Consider always smooth machine operating
Support to production: How to solve bottle neck on production line; Think always less using manpower
3.New machines, equipments investment:
Draw and design according to each specific projects requirement
Join with related Dept in each project about new machine or new production line.
Consult with maintenance manager and Factory manager about applying automation in production when approve new projects
Manage and use investment budgets effectively
Report to maintenance manager, Factory Manager or General production manage
4.Report:
Update and administrate all projects based on according to approved schedule and budget.
Send monthly report to Maintenance Manager.
Follow to the order of Maintenance Manager
5.Others:
Implement the other Jobs based on assignment of Maintenance Manager/Factory Manager
Follow all procedures, forms which were issued in company system
