PRIMARY PURPOSE:
• Use your scripting and automation experience to deliver mid-level workflow automations, integrations, and process improvements that support internal users and project delivery teams.
• Work independently and collaboratively with analysts, QA staff, and other automation engineers to build, document, and deploy reusable automation logic using both low-code tools and custom scripting.
• Can scope and complete automation tasks independently, identify edge cases, assist with reusable framework components, and contribute to sprint delivery metrics.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build and maintain automated workflows using low-code tools and Python, with event-based triggers and scheduled logic.
• Design integration steps using REST APIs, local triggers, or cloud connectors with retry and logging logic.
• Document and track automation inputs, expected outputs, edge case handling, and workflow diagrams using internal documentation tools.
• Contribute reusable templates and modular logic blocks to internal automation libraries.
• Work from technical requirements to scope, estimate, and deliver automation tasks for projects or BAU enhancements.
• Respond to feedback from analysts or QA
testers, updating flow design and documentation based on user input.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies including grooming, planning, and retrospectives, contributing clear estimates and logic proposals.
• Support end-user feedback cycles, provide technical walkthroughs, and participate in QA remediation efforts.
• Mentor junior automation staff by reviewing their documentation, walking through design challenges, and supporting review activities.
• Provide sprint task updates to the team lead or sprint manager and raise blockers that may impact team delivery.
• Ensure flow naming conventions, documentation files, and changelogs are updated for all deliverables.
• May help to train, assist, and QA the work from other team members.
• In addition to the details listed above and below, you may be required to perform additional duties that are considered within your role and skill level.
• 2+ years of experience designing and delivering automation workflows using low-code platforms and/or Python scripting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to write clean, modular, and testable code for API and file-driven integrations.
• Strong understanding of flow structure, exception handling, data validation, and integration principles.
• Strong English
• CV must be submitted in English.
Advantageous but not required:
• Experience with authentication protocols (OAuth2, API keys, bearer tokens).
• Exposure to CI/CD tools, workflow orchestration, or event-driven logic.
• Experience working on Agile teams or using Jira-based workflows.
