Job Brief:
The PMO works closely with Automation, Manufacturing, IT, Equipment, Process Engineering, and external vendors to manage project governance, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
This role requires strong project management capabilities, and communication skills to ensure alignment among all stakeholders and drive successful implementation of factory automation initiatives.
The PMO is responsible for maintaining project visibility through dashboards, reports, and management reviews while supporting decision-making with accurate project data and risk assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate meetings and communication among the Automation team, internal departments, and external vendors.
· Prepare meeting minutes and follow up assigned actions, owners, and target dates.
· Update project schedules, milestone status, issue lists, and basic progress reports based on team input.
· Maintain project documents, specifications, records, and change logs.
· Support English and Chinese communication, including meetings, emails, document review, and vendor follow-up.
· Escalate overdue actions, communication gaps, and key issues to the
Project Manager responsible.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, Languages, International Business, or a related field.
· 0-3 years of relevant experience. PMO experience is not mandatory; project coordination, planning,
purchasing, sales support, engineering support, or administrative coordination experience is acceptable.
· Fresh graduates are welcome if they demonstrate workable English and Mandarin Chinese, good follow-up discipline, and basic reporting skills.
· Working-level English and Mandarin Chinese are required for routine emails, meeting notes, supplier communication, and follow-up. Native-level or fully fluent proficiency is preferred.
· Advance working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and action tracking is required. MS Project is preferred.
· Organized, responsive, willing to learn, and able to follow up multiple actions carefully.
