Chúng tôi chuyên cung cấp các giải pháp và thiết bị công nghệ cao trong lĩnh vực Đo lường chính xác và Thử nghiệm không phá hủy (NDT).
2. Mô tả công việc
Nghiên cứu giải pháp, thiết kế và trực tiếp thực hiện việc tích hợp (lắp đặt thêm) cánh tay robot và/hoặc hệ thống băng tải cho một số dòng thiết bị đo lường cơ khí và kiểm tra khuyết tật tự động.
Thi công, lắp đặt, chạy thử nghiệm (commissioning) và bàn giao thiết bị/hệ thống tại nhà máy của khách hàng.
Hỗ trợ xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật phát sinh liên quan đến hệ thống tự động hóa trong quá trình triển khai.
Tham gia phát triển và demo các phần mềm đo lường 3D cho khách hàng.

Yêu cầu chuyên môn
Có ít nhất 01 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc thực tế trong lĩnh vực tự động hóa, robot hoặc tích hợp hệ thống.
Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học các khối ngành Kỹ thuật (Tự động hóa, Cơ điện tử, Điện - Điện tử, Cơ khí,...).
Đặc biệt, Công ty hoàn toàn chào đón các ứng viên tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành kỹ thuật khác, miễn là có kiến thức nền tảng vững và đáp ứng được yêu cầu về kinh nghiệm làm việc thực tế.
Chủ động trong công việc, có tư duy giải quyết vấn đề và sẵn sàng đi công tác tại nhà máy khách hàng.

Quyền lợi & Chế độ đãi ngộ
Lương thử việc (02 tháng): 10.000.000 VNĐ/tháng.
Lương cứng khởi điểm: Từ 12.000.000 - 15.000.000 VNĐ/tháng (thỏa thuận linh hoạt tùy theo năng lực thực tế).
Lương mềm (lương hiệu suất): Đánh giá dựa trên hiệu quả công việc thực tế của Quý trước (cơ chế sẽ được trao đổi khi phỏng vấn).
Thưởng dự án: Thưởng hấp dẫn trên cơ sở doanh số dự án thực hiện và vai trò đóng góp của cá nhân (trao đổi chi tiết khi phỏng vấn).
Phúc lợi khác: Được hưởng đầy đủ các quyền lợi theo Luật Lao động (BHXH, BHYT, nghỉ phép,...) và các chính sách phúc lợi hiện hành của Công ty.
Cơ hội được làm việc và đào tạo trực tiếp từ các hãng sản xuất lớn thuộc EU/G7.

We specialize in providing high-tech solutions and equipment in the fields of Precision Measurement and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).
2. Job Description
Research solutions, design, and directly carry out the integration (installation of additional components) of robotic arms and/or conveyor systems for selected mechanical measurement equipment and automated defect inspection systems.
Carry out construction, installation, commissioning, and handover of equipment/systems at customer factories.
Support troubleshooting of technical issues related to automation systems during project implementation.
Participate in the development and demonstration of 3D measurement software for customers.
3. Requirements
At least 01 year of practical work experience in automation, robotics, or system integration.
College/University graduate in an Engineering discipline (Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, etc.).
In particular, the Company welcomes candidates who graduated in other engineering disciplines, provided they have a strong technical foundation and meet the practical work experience requirement.
Proactive, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to travel to customer factories for work.

Benefits & Compensation
Probationary salary (02 months): VND 10,000,000/month.
Starting base salary: VND 12,000,000 - 15,000,000/month (flexible and negotiable depending on actual capabilities).
Performance-based salary: Evaluated based on actual work performance in the previous quarter (details will be discussed during the interview).
Project bonus: Attractive bonuses based on project revenue and the individual's contribution and role (details to be discussed during the interview).
