About the role (To describe the Position Purpose)

The purpose of the role will be to work with the local automation team which is responsible for developing and maintaining the existing automation framework and test suite, make sure the scripts are up to date, compatible with the latest production code. Help the team to run the suite and analysis the failed scripts to get the regression result before releasing the product to our clients who are located all over the world.

Key Accountabilities (Requirements and Responsibilities)

Our ideal person/s will have working knowledge or experience:

Reviews all data obtained during all testing activities to ensure consistency with company policies and procedures:

Write scripts to execute test cases for API testing.
Design and implementation test harnesses in C#.
Create, use, and maintain test harnesses in NUnit.
Be able to debug code in C#.
Develop and Execute Manual Test Cases.
Familiar with web technologies and programming (html, IIS, web services).
Analyze incidents for other Departments.
Execute build release process.
Provide bug reports to the development team.
Work directly with engineers to troubleshoot potential problem areas.
Research functionality and implementation of current and futures testing techniques and technologies.

Yêu cầu công việc

Technically you will understand and have worked with some (or all):

3+ years of experience as quality assurance engineer and have strong experience in developing test cases, test procedures, test scripts and test reports and doing the hands-on implementation of those plans.
Hands-on experience with:
- SQL, Oracle, C#.
- Windows client and server OS.
- IIS (Internet Information Server).
- Writing NUnit or Microsoft Test.
- Test-Driven Development.
- Strong technical knowledge with hands-on experience in analysis, design and debugging of programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must work well independently and as a team player.
- Understanding of Source Control Tools: GIT, Stash, Source Tree.
- Ability to work in the Atlassian suite of products like JIRA and Confluence is also a plus.
- Understanding of Agile environment and working knowledge of SDLC is a plus.
- Domain experience in ERP industry preferable.
- Large scale integration projects and performance.

Working Environment & Physical Demands:

The role requires a significant amount of sitting at office and work desks and in front of a computer monitor.
Regularly required to verbally communicate, listen and give presentations as needed.
Some walking and standing relative to interaction with other personnel and applicants.
General office environment: Works generally at a desk in a well-lighted, air-conditioned cubicle/office, with moderate noise levels.
Work from home may be required.
Periods of stress may occur.
