McGaaw Company Vietnam is the R&D department of Innova Electronics Corp., a leading manufacturer of automotive diagnostic and test equipment. Innova has facilities in Taiwan, China, Canada, and Fountain Valley, California.

About the Role
You will join an R&D team responsible for validating automotive diagnostic products and solving real-vehicle issues. You will work directly with engineers, use bench and vehicle test equipment, and contribute to building diagnostic logic databases.
Key responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and validate automotive systems using diagnostic tools.
• Use bench equipment (DMM, oscilloscopes, power supplies) to capture and analyze signals.
• Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, ECU pinouts and schematics.
• Diagnose DTCs, research root causes and propose solutions.
• Build and maintain diagnostic knowledge base and reports.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Write technical reports in English.
• Support AI/data validation tasks.
• Support customers with product information and technical assistance.
Yêu cầu
Required qualifications
• Degree in Automotive, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronics Engineering (Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided)
• Strong automotive fundamentals (engine systems, sensors, OBD).
• Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams
• Experience with DMM and test tools.
• Logical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic programming (Python/C/C++/MATLAB).
• Good technical English (reading and writing).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with OBD-II, CAN/LIN.
• Experience with diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of AI or automation validation is a plus.
• Experience with data analysis or SQL is a plus
