JOB DESCRIPTION:
Act as Unified Communication Support engineer, the position is responsible for implementing and maintaining the Avaya Unified Communication.
Manage and deliver Avaya Unified Communication implementation on time.
Oversee the entire project/product development process - from start to delivery.
Participate in workshops, meetings, and discussions.
Prepare technical project documents for the Avaya Unified Communication system.
Fulfill End user MACD request within the Committed Timeline.
Performs analysis and diagnosis of Complex Voice Networking problems.
Managing vendor's activities.
Managing all incidents and troubleshooting the Avaya Unified Communication system
Support End-user inquiry.

REQUIREMENT:
- Business proficiency level of English
- At least 2 years of Experience with Avaya Unified Communication
- Knowledge of the following Avaya component:
Communication Manager
System Manager
Session Manager
IX Messaging
Avaya Aura Device Services
Session Border Controller
Element Management System
Avaya Media Server
Application Enablement Service
G450
Avaya Contact Recorder Advance
Work Force Optimization
Call Management System
IX Workplace
- Experiences in complex projects involving the above-listed components.
- Experiences in BAU Operation
- Client-facing skills which include cross-functional influence, and external and internal consulting/partnering.
- Generate standard project documentation including Low-level design, Network Diagrams, WLIs, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot implementation problems
