2. Job description
Work with the MKT team to convert leads into potential clients; research client profile, approach and introduce the service offerings that can help them achieve their goals.
Attend client meetings, deliver meeting minutes while ensuring accuracy and transparency; closely follow up with clients and keep them updated.
Assist with drafting sales pitch deck, quotation, proposals, contracts and relevant documents; organize and manage the files effectively
Collect, input and keep track data of customer relationship management (CRM)
Provide daily & weekly reports on your progress, client demand & requirements.
Assist with administrative tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
3. Job requirements
3rd-year or 4th-year students from any major are welcome; no experience required.
Passionate about entrepreneurship, new business development.
Available for a full-time, on-site & 3-month internship (Mon-Fri, 9 am - 6 pm).
Sales-driven, good at negotiation & presentation, comfortable with cold outreach (call, message, email, offline event)
Honest, proactive, and adaptable, with a positive attitude towards challenges and changes.
Highly responsible, a quick learner, and efficient in task execution.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing tasks within deadlines.
