Mô tả công việc
Understand B2B market and customer needs to propose and implement appropriate marketing strategies.
Develop and manage B2B marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring consistency with business goals.
Create high-quality marketing content for various channels including blogs, emails, whitepapers, webinars, and sales materials.
Collaborate closely with the Sales department to understand customer needs and devise suitable strategies.
Manage and optimize digital and traditional marketing channels including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, and events.
Evaluate and report on marketing campaign performance, suggesting continuous improvements to optimize ROI.

Yêu cầu
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or IT sector.
Proficient in traditional and digital marketing methods, with experience using relevant tools and platforms.
Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create high-quality content for B2B audience.
Excellent project management skills, able to work independently and in a team.
Additional advantages:
Experience with Marketing Automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
Proficiency in data analysis and tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and similar platforms.
Experience in developing marketing strategies based on market research and customer feedback.
